Lead Times

How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom Sublimation Orders

What’s the standard turnaround for sublimation apparel?

Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after your artwork and sample are approved. This is for smaller team orders of 50 units or larger orders of 8,000 units.

Can smaller sublimation orders arrive faster?

Smaller orders are often air shipped, but the lead time is about the same for smaller team orders and bulk orders. Domestically processed sublimation jobs are typically processed in 7-14 days depending upon production space.

Should I build in extra time for shipping?

Absolutely. We recommend adding a few buffer days, especially for date-specific events, as carrier delays (customs, weather, etc.) are outside our control.

Rush Orders- Custom Sublimation

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. If you have an urgent deadline.  We have turned orders in as short as 1-2 weeks + shipping, but this varies with the production schedule and is not a guarantee.

Are there extra fees for rush orders?

Rush fees typically apply if we need to move other jobs or add production shifts. Expedited shipping charges may also be required depending on your location.

Larger Bulk Orders (Ocean Freight)

Can I save on shipping for large orders?

Yes. Many clients choose ocean freight for large-volume custom orders. Total turnaround is typically 75–90 days, including production and transit time.

Screen Printing & Digital Printing

What’s your standard turnaround time?

Most screen and digital print orders ship within 14 business days of artwork approval and payment.

When does the turnaround clock start?

We begin production once we have:

  • Finalized vector artwork
  • Full order details (sizes, print areas, quantities)
  • Completed payment
Where do you ship from?

All screen and digital print orders ship from our Oregon facility. Please factor in additional transit time.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. If you have an urgent deadline (typically 5–10 days out), please contact us. In some cases, we’ve fulfilled orders in 24–48 hours and have been known to process jobs others would consider next to impossible.

Are there extra fees for rush orders?

Rush fees may apply if we need to move other jobs or add production shifts. Expedited shipping charges may also be required depending on your location.

Do you provide proofs before production?

What kind of proofs are provided for screen printing?

Standard proofs are digitally produced. If you would like a physical proof by photo or shipped sample, please let us know in advance and allow extra time in your production schedule.

What kind of proofs are provided for custom factory-produced items?

Standard proof is typically a photo sample. If you require a physical sample to be shipped, this will also require additional production and shipping time.

Third-Party Products

What if I’m supplying the product?

Customer-supplied or third-party products are accepted for printing at the customer’s risk. Not all garments or products are suitable for embellishment. All third-party items must be reviewed and approved by us prior to production, and we reserve the right to refuse any items deemed unsuitable due to fabric type, construction, coatings, finishes, prior treatment, or overall condition.

We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, material inconsistencies, dye lot variations, sizing discrepancies, prior wear, or hidden flaws in customer-supplied products. We cannot guarantee print placement, color accuracy, ink adhesion, or wash durability on third-party items.

In the event of misprints, spoilage, or production errors, our liability is limited solely to the cost of the printing services performed. Replacement or reimbursement of customer-supplied products is the responsibility of the customer.

By submitting third-party products, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
